When & Where We Meet
Meeting Schedule
Mark your calendar and join us for an evening of learning, networking, and amateur radio fun. Meetings start promptly at 6:30 PM.

Easy to find with plenty of parking. The library provides a comfortable, modern space perfect for presentations and hands-on demonstrations.

Every meeting includes presentations, demos, hands-on moments, member spotlights, and plenty of time to socialize and ask questions.
Our meetings are designed to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. Whether this is your first meeting or your hundredth, you'll find friendly faces, interesting topics, and opportunities to connect with fellow radio enthusiasts. Don't be shy—introduce yourself and jump right in!

Sign up for ClubHub anytime at hvarc.org/hub. Press "login" in the top right corner, then "sign up" when prompted to login with Google, Facebook or email. Once you sign up, the HVARC web admin will provision your account for access within 24 hours, and you'll be notified when you're able to sign in.

How to Be an Active Member
You don't need to "earn your place" at HVARC—you just start joining in. The more you participate, the more you'll get out of your membership. Here are some great first steps to help you feel at home and make the most of everything we offer.
